What do I have if I have been marked as “Failed”?
You redo ONLY the questions or sections indicated by the assessor – not the whole Assignment.
Do I need to answer every question in the assignment?
Yes – you MUST answer ALL questions.
How much information do I need to provide, when answering questions for Assignments?
Avoid bullet points or one-word answers where possible – you are trying to demonstrate understanding to the Assessor.
What happens if the question asks for a diagram and I cannot insert a diagram in the PDF?
Answer the question on a separate page and reference it.
Why can I not upload my document?
The system ONLY accepts PDF documents.
How many attempts do I have?
Usually you have three (3) chances to achieve a pass.
When will my submission be marked?
Assessor mark on the last Friday of every month.
