While the use of systems theory has influenced all fields of science and fields of study, Peter Senge, in his book “the 5th Discipline”, uses a systems view of the business environment to suggest a way organisation can function, which will allow the organisations to significantly improve the quality of the learning processes within an organisation.
He suggests that if organisations develop a culture of continuously learning, it will create an environment which will be extremely satisfying to all employees as well as producing significant results.
