In the previous module we introduced the 14 Commandments of leadership.
In this module we will review some specific leadership moments you are likely to encounter in your leadership journey and look at how the 14 Commandments can help you navigate these leadership moments in a way that increases trust.
The sections touched on this module could all be stand-alone courses but the intention in this module is only to introduce the concepts as leadership moments, not to provide in-depth training.
These sections fit neatly into the Tuckman Model of team evolution.
We will take a high-level look at each Leadership Moment and how the 14-Commandments could assist in dealing with them.
